If you have not already pressure washed your sidewalks there is still time to do so before the real cold weather hits.
If your sidewalks and driveways are covered in moss they will hold more moisture than clean concrete. When the temperature reaches freezing you walks will form ice making it very dangerous for yourself and or visitors.
Over time your houses exterior will build-up dust, dirt, film, and oxidation. In damp a area it will also build-up mold, mildew, and fungi. This build-up will cause your house to appear old, dull, and dirty and can contribute to the degradation of the paint.
